Cardio Circuit Workout – Fall Is In The Air
Fall is in the air! For many that will mean cold days are ahead so why not get outside and enjoy a fun cardio circuit workout while breathing in the fresh air. OK, this workout is a little intense so maybe you won’t enjoy it that much but you’ll feel better when you complete in 30 minutes. You can go at your own pace, it’s fine taking more than 30 minutes.
Perform as a circuit
Perform each exercise for 1 minute, moving from one to the other with as little rest between exercises as possible. Be sure to check with your doctor before doing any exercise program and stop working out immediately if you feel light headed or short of breath and visit your doctor.
