Write down everything you can think of to make your day easier. “Today I will get out of bed at 6:00 am”. I will be in the shower by 6:30. I’m going to listen to a song that makes me feel good when I wake up. I will leave for work by 8:00 am. I will make breakfast at 7:00 am. Again, make sure these are small, easy to achieve tasks that you will have no problem completing. Checking them off as they are completed is like giving yourself a high five.
